Returns and exchanges
AMALLURE has established a returns policy, which provides ample opportunity for our customers to spend time with our garments.
If yours is in need of returning, please respect our terms by doing so within the fifteen-day return policy. We politely stand our ground on this matter and cannot accept returns after this time.
Due COVID19 we have extended our return and exchange policy to 20 days.
Due to health reasons swimwear and hair accessories, are not able to be returned unless faulty or wrongly described.
AMALLURE is unable to offer returns on sale items unless faulty or wrongly described.
There are strictly no refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sales are final and we are unable to make any pricing adjustments once the order has been placed
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow the below steps to do so:
- Contact us at info@amallure.com indicating in the subject the word return or exchange to receive a returns form. Please include your order number and the details of the return including the item to be returned or exchanged.
- Fill out the Returns slip we provide and place the form with your package.
- Send your parcel back to us within 15 days to the address provided on the form. It is recommended that you use a traceable shipping method to ensure that your return is delivered safely to us.
*Please note: We do not cover shipping costs for returned goods as this is at the sender’s expense. We also accept no responsibility for any additional costs, delays and loss of goods being returned. We will, however, send out exchanged items at our own cost.
EXCHANGES
We do not cover shipping costs for returned goods, and we accept no responsibility for the loss of goods being returned. We will, however, send out exchanged items at our own cost.
Note: Shipping costs for exchanged items can only be refunded on faulty merchandise that has not been worn, soiled, damaged, and still has the original cardboard swing tags intact.
Note: There is strictly no exchange for sale items unless faulty or wrongly described.
The garments must be unused, unstained, unwashed, with all the original sales labels without detachment and hygiene protectors, as they were received in their original packaging, in addition to presenting the purchase invoice within a period of fifteen (15 ) calendar days.
AMALLURE reserves the right to accept changes with a prior analysis of the product. Verifying the condition of the garment under the conditions mentioned above. Merchandise that does NOT meet the above requirements will be returned to the buyer. The credit note will not be issued and the buyer will be responsible for the value of the return shipment.
Garment changes are made for products subject to inventory availability.
Products that have been purchased with a percentage of discounts, promotion and / or in the SALE category will be considered final sales and final sales cannot be changed.
All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, in case of a quality change, AMALLURE will bear the shipping cost. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT If your product has a defect, contact us by email at info@amallure.com indicating the DEFECTIVE PRODUCT subject and attaching a copy of the invoice, within a period not to exceed fifteen (15) days after receipt, In cases of defective products, AMALLURE will bear the shipping costs to replace the product.
The replacement of the defective product will be subject to the availability of inventories, so we will credit the value of the same in the AMALLURE online store.
REFUNDS
Please note there is strictly no refunds for sale items and shipping charges are non-refundable unless faulty.
Please note that all sales are final and we are unable to make any pricing adjustments once the order has been placed.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchase method: credit card via PayPal or your PayPal account, this is subject to stock availability and our 15-day returns policy.
Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and, unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through AMALLURE.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 60 DAYS of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For all faulty items outside of our Returns Policy, please contact Us.
Note: Ensure to carefully read the ‘Care Instruction’ attached to your garments. AMALLURE will not be hold responsible if the customer fails to follow care instruction.
All AMALLURE garments are of the highest quality, hand-crafted and hand-dyed. Hence, not all of our garments are exactly the same, this is what makes our product special and individual to each customer.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on AMALLURE.COM. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
Swimwear, Hair accessories, earrings, and underwear and swimwear are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all AMALLURE garment tags still attached. Damaged soiled or altered returns may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All items returned should have a Online Store Returns Form included.
Unidentified returns outside the 15-day policy will always be returned to the sender using our standard courier service. You will be emailed a tracking number. We however will not accept any liability for these returned goods.

Repeated Returns. All customers returns are reviewed and monitored. Excessive customer returns will be reviewed and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your AMALLURE account. We respectively decline any requests to alter our returns and exchanges policy.
