1. There are no fees applied to use of Gift Vouchers on your purchase.
2. Gift Voucher are valid for 12 months from the date of issue as listed on the printed or digital copy of the gift card.
3. Gift Vouchers are no transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash (except as required by law)
4. Gift Vouchers may only be used in one transaction with the total value of the gift card used. Our system will be unable to process an order with a gift card if the total value of the order is less than the voucher amount.
5. If your order exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by credit card, debit card, PayPal or PayU.
6. If you return products purchased using a gift voucher, the remaining balance will be credited on a new gift voucher to be used on your next purchase.
7. Digital Gift Vouchers will be emailed to the recipient included in the shipping details of the order. Gift Vouchers are emailed on the next business day once the order is submitted. AMALLURE is not liable for delivery of a Gift Voucher to an incorrect or non-existent email address, this is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
8. AMALLURE is not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
9. AMALLURE reserves the right to cancel a Gift Voucher if we deem such action to be necessary.
10. Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Vouchers with the exception of free shipping which is applied to Printed Gift Voucher orders exceeding $300
11. Sales tax and shipping is applicable on any products purchased with a AMALLURE Gift Voucher.
12. Shipping is applicable on Printed Gift Cards less than $300 in value.

While we seek to ensure accurate pricing of all good’s particularly sale items, errors do happen. All orders are reviewed prior to acceptance and processing. Until a review is completed ensuring stock availability and correct pricing has been applied the order hasn’t been accepted. While we apologize for any inconvenience this causes. AMALLURE won’t process orders with pricing errors. All orders with pricing errors will be cancelled.

Please note that all sales are final and we are unable to make any pricing adjustments once the order has been accepted.
